Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take?
Production takes 7–15 workdays. After that, standard shipping normally takes 10–15 days and express shipping takes 5–7 days.
Will I see my bobblehead before it is made?
Yes. We send you a free design preview, and you can request changes before production starts.
Does a pet count as a figure?
Yes — a pet counts as one figure, just like a person.
What kind of photo should I send?
Clear, well-lit photos showing the face, hairstyle and outfit work best. You can send several photos per person or pet.
